Matt and Ross of aps Fitness are running their second series of Movement and Core Engagement classes at the practice on Thursday afternoons during October. This series has been fully subscribed and we are collecting names for the next series which is scheduled to run in the new year (sooner if there is enough demand).  

    As a consequence of a recent change in the policy of BUPA regarding reimbursement of chiropractic fees, BUPA will no longer be covering chiropractic treatment provided at Wokingham Chiropractic Centre.
